As Dorçe Prefabrik, we are happy to be ranked 9th in the Women Friendly Brands Index, prepared in cooperation with Women Friendly Brands, Çankaya University and Ankara Chamber of Industry, covering 24 different sectors in Ankara.

As Dorçe Prefabrik, we are happy to be ranked 9th in the Women Friendly Brands Index, prepared in cooperation with Women Friendly Brands, Çankaya University and Ankara Chamber of Industry, covering 24 different sectors in Ankara.

This prestigious ranking was created by evaluating companies according to various criteria such as the rate of including female employees in business processes, the level of contribution to gender equality goals and social support policies. In addition, factors such as equal pay for equal work, implementation of maternity leave, female representation in management positions and providing a safe working environment for female employees were also taken into consideration.

As Dorçe Prefabrik, we are improving our vision of creating an inclusive work environment every day and we see this success as an indicator of the importance we attach to women’s employment and equality.
